We are an advisory firm first — with a Dubai practice and London origins, built around long client relationships rather than transaction count.
The practice was shaped by a simple observation: the Dubai market rewards owners who take their time. Most of the institutions advising on it are not structured to do so. We work the opposite way — selectively, slowly, and in close contact with a small number of clients we know well.
Our roots in London give us a measured frame of reference for cross-border decisions, and a familiarity with the way international families and family offices structure long-term real estate exposure. Our presence in Dubai means we read the secondary market and developer landscape directly, rather than from a desk a continent away.
